President’s Message

At LanTrax, our goal is to provide superior service and solutions to our customers. To meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients, we continue to develop and enhance the software we provide, and strive to identify new technology, software, and processes that can help our customers achieve their unique goals.

Over the past few months, we have released several new modules and features designed to provide customization, flexibility, and automation to our Profit Power and LeadTrax products.

Profit Power continues to raise the bar for back office software with new features such as the Ad Hoc Reporting Module, which allows users to build their own listing, sales, and associate reports, among others. The new Business Rule Engine allows Profit Power users to automate their workflow, eliminate redundancies, and proactively monitor data to ensure the correct accounting procedures are being observed.

We have added more mobile phone functionality to our LeadTrax lead management solution, including a new cell phone interface that allows on-the-go agents to accept and update leads on their mobile phone.

We have developed custom reports, data bridges, and a variety of other pieces to help companies streamline their operations and take advantage of technology, and we have plenty more planned for the second half of 2009.

Profit Power News

We would like to welcome Prudential Texas Properties, Robert P. Molta Realty Associates, Coldwell Banker Caine and Hammond GMAC to the Profit Power family.

LeadTrax News

While LeadTrax was built with real estate in mind, several companies from other industries have been inquiring about how LeadTrax can work for them. We are happy to announce that three “non-real estate” companies are now using LeadTrax to distribute and manage their online leads: Patients Without Borders (a medical tourism provider), Bradley Systems (a provider of non-toxic cleaning solutions), and Miller Auto Group (an automobile dealership).

We would also like to extend a warm welcome to Fonville Morisey Real Estate, Re/Max Palms Real Estate, Sell State Gulf Coast Realty, McGuire Real Estate and the Relocation Department of Prudential California. Welcome aboard!
